Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to be based at a High-End Residential site in Acton, West London. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for all on-site engineering and required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this luxury residential environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression . In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression and management.

Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing ?
General Lighting ?
Changing Ballasts ?
Emergency Light Tests ?
LED Lighting ?
Small installations ?
Fault-finding ?
Lamping ?
HIUs ?
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) ?
Water Treatment ?
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance ?
Plumbing ?
Maintain and update Logbooks ?
Arrange specialist sub-contractors
Hours of Work Monday to Friday 8am
5pm Up to
£50,000 25 Days Holiday Matched Pension contribution
