Fancy working in the next of advanced humanoid robotics?

We are partnered with a Humanoid team who are looking to hire a specialist Field Service Engineer to be the primary technical representative responsible for the operational success and maintenance of robotic systems deployed at customer sites in London.

What you'll do!

Perform system bring-up, diagnose and resolve robotic hardware and software issues, conduct preventative maintenance, and manage spare parts.

Assist in integrating the fleet-management platform with customer WMS, WES, and MES solutions for seamless facility deployment.

Be the face of the company in the UK, helping to grow the team based in London.

What you'll need!

Demonstrated background in servicing and maintaining sophisticated electro-mechanical systems, with 5+ years of relevant experience ; robotics and automation experience is advantageous.

Familiar with software environments including Linux, RViz, PlotJuggler, and ROS.

Proficient in Jira Service Management for creating, managing, and tracking support tickets.
