\n Are you currently working within the Telecare Alarm industry / Access Control & Control systems installation, Fire & Security / Electrical sector and looking for a new challenge? We have exactly the role for you. \nThe Role\n As our Lead Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of building and deploying advanced digital door entry and dispersed alarm systems.
This is a hands-on, technically orientated position where you’ll work across both hardware and software environments, ensuring our systems are built, configured and tested to the highest standards before deployment. You’ll act as the go-to technical expert, driving process improvements and mentoring colleagues. \nWhat You’ll Own\n* System Build & Configuration \n* Process Ownership & Enhancement \n* Technical Support & Field Operations \n* Technical Expertise & Mentorship \nWhat We’re Looking For\n* Proven engineering experience across hardware, software, and SaaS/web-based platforms.
\n* Strong skills in assembling, configuring, and troubleshooting electronic systems. \n* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to challenges. \n* Strong communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
\n* Familiarity with digital door entry systems (highly desirable). \n* Experience in the telecare sector (a significant advantage). \n* Solid understanding of Wi-Fi, GSM networks, and IoT technologies.
