Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Lead) – Uxbridge – £ 54,000\n\nLocation: Uxbridge, West London\nSalary: £54,000 per annum\nShifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00\nBenefits: Overtime, Pension Scheme, Training & Progression, 25 Days Annual Leave\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis is a brand-new opportunity for a lead or senior electrical maintenance engineer to oversee a small technical team, as part of a large commercial maintenance contract based in Uxbridge.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Supervising a small techanical team of mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance engineers.\n\n * \n\n Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment.\n\n * \n\n Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.\n\n * \n\n Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems.\n\n * \n\n Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.\n\n * \n\n City & Guilds 2391 (ideal)\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment.\n\nIf you’re an Electrical Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role in central London, take the next step in your career by clicking 'Apply Now
