Working with a variety of commercial clients, the bulk of our work is the delivery of integrated AV systems. We’re a small company with the scope for big growth. Based in Boughton, Triumph AV specialise in labour and engineering services for the AV industry. This is a full time, site based position that will require a candidate who can demonstrate proven experience in the AV installation industry. As this is a site based position, we anticipate the successful candidate will spend up to 80% of their time working and stopping away from home. Our Lead Engineers fulfil the following responsibilities: * *Lead Teams*: run a project team and liaise with clients

* *Project Delivery:* installing, configuring and testing AV systems
* *Maintenance:* Conduct routine maintenance of systems
* *Troubleshooting:* Provide on site troubleshooting and repairs of systems
* *Ad hoc projects: *I.e. CCTV, Structured Cabling, Wireless Access Points The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: * 3 years of proven experience in the *AV installation* industry
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to run sites efficiently
* Independent but able to work with a team
* Happy to spend significant time working away in the UK or abroad
* Competent with hand and power tools
* Strong understanding of AV and Network technology
* Practical understanding of plans and schematics
* Accountable for their actions and able to identify when their work could be improved
* Flexible in working times and locations
