Join Our Team at Horsepools Legal Costs!Position: Law Costs Draftsperson/ Costs LawyerDue to an increase in workload, we are seeking several skilled Law Costs Draftspeople/ Costs Lawyers to work within our Legal Aid, Court of Protection and Inter Partes Teams.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and processing for payment all forms of legal aid billing for family and civil cases.Drafting Bill of Costs, Budgets, POD's and replies.Negotiating costs with other parties and conducting advocacy where necessary.Ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with legal aid guidelines.Collaborate with Instructing Solicitors and the team to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.Maintain detailed records and manage individual case load.Requirements:Proven experience in family and civil legal aid billing.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in legal billing software is a plus.Proficiency in CCMS and Legal Aid Guidance.Competitive salary and benefits package, including assistance with Cost Lawyer course.Flexible working arrangements.Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.Join a dynamic and supportive team.To find out more about this exciting opportunity, please send an email to enquiries@Horsepools.co.uk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
