Role: Laser Operator - heavy mild steel
Rate: Up to £36.36 per hour plus regular overtime rates and monthly bonuses
Job Type: 24 month fixed term

With plenty of overtime work available throughout the week and during the weekends, you have the opportunity to maximise your earnings on an overtime rate which is paid at time and a half Monday to Saturday and double time on a Sunday.

Day Shift: £17.28 per hour Afternoon Shift: £20.47 per hour Night Shift: £23.33 per hour Overtime 1.5 (Mon-Sat): £25.92 per hour Overtime 2 (Sundays): £34.56 per hourShifts:
Days: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00. Friday, 08:00 - 12:30 Back shift: Monday - Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00. Friday, 12:30 - 17:00 Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00. Friday, 17:00 - 21:30About you:
Have the ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team Be accustomed to modern practices e.g. following a standard work procedure Carry out some manual lifting Work with a sense and awareness of safety at all times Previous experience of Laser Machine Operations cutting heavy mild steel Relevant NVQ Level 3Application process:

This is an ongoing, long term temporary contract role.
Please be aware that PPE is mandatory on the factory floor. This will include ear defenders, overalls and safety boots and will be supplied to you.
