We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our KS2 team. This role involves supporting classroom instruction and fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Support classroom teachers in delivering lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
* Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
* Assist in developing engaging lesson plans
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
* Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each child's growth
Skills
* Proficiency in KS2 education principles and childhood development stages
* Excellent classroom management skills to foster a structured yet flexible learning environment
* Ability to develop and implement curriculum tailored to diverse learning needs
* Effective communication skills
