Your new companyHays Education is working closely with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in the Blackburn area to recruit an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for an immediate start. This position is to cover a staff absence and will run on a long-term basis, with the genuine potential to become permanent for the right candidate.This is an excellent opportunity for a committed practitioner who thrives in a supportive environment and is ready to make a positive impact on a lively and engaged cohort of learners.Your new roleAs the Year 4 class teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders
• Assess, track and report on pupil progress
• Build strong relationships with pupils and families

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish routines
