Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-organised, 3-form entry primary school in Slough that is seeking a dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join their team from January 2026 for the remainder of the academic year. The Role

Full-time KS2 class teacher (year group to be confirmed based on experience)

Full class teacher duties including planning, assessment, reporting, and parent meetings

Collaborative planning with two other teachers in the year group

Opportunity to take on subject responsibilities if desired

Potential for extension into the 2026-27 academic year depending on performance

Requirements

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Strong KS2 teaching experience or well-supported ECT placement experience

Effective behaviour management and ability to create an engaging learning environment

A reflective practitioner committed to improving outcomes for all learners

Able to commit for the full academic year
