Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development and Planning Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum. Develop inclusive lesson plans that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles. Create a stimulating classroom environment that supports early learning and development.
Classroom Teaching Deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1. Support pupils in developing core skills in phonics, reading, writing, and mathematics. Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate pupils. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
