KS1 Primary Teacher - Worksop

Contract: Flexible working pattern, temporary ongoing supply
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role

As a KS1 Primary Teacher in Worksop, you will deliver creative and engaging lessons to pupils in Years 1 and 2. You will play a key role in developing early reading, writing and numeracy skills while fostering a positive and structured classroom environment.

This KS1 Primary Teacher role is suitable for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking supply, long-term or temp-to-perm opportunities within Worksop primary schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum
  * Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
  * Differentiate learning to meet varying abilities
  * Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  * Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress
  * Work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leaders
  * Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
  * Experience teaching within KS1 (Years 1-2)
  * Strong classroom management skills
  * Creative, nurturing and adaptable approach
  * Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
