This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to change direction and move to a role where you will contribute to the successful running of a production area by delivering high quality ingredients for our range of high quality food to go productions at the right time and in full. What you will be doing Deputising the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen Supporting with staff training Working day time hours, ensuring efficient food production and service to our production area Accurate preparation of high-quality products in accordance with our specifications Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards Monitoring stock levels Ensuring the kitchen area is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times About You A deep understanding of food preparation and food safety Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
