Our kitchen supports an evolving, seasonal menu made with the finest ingredients, and the Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, safely, and efficiently throughout service. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be an essential part of the back-of-house team, supporting the chefs and wider operation by maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and high hygiene standards at all times. As a Kitchen Porter you will: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Support chefs with basic food preparation when required

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently

Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met

Assist with deliveries and stock organisation

Help with kitchen set-up and close-down procedures

Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Take on any training provided by your manager
