Your role as Kitchen Porter will be to support the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef clean all Food Preparation areas and equipment. You will ensure the kitchen is maintained to a clean standard throughout service and assist in the preparation of vegetables, salads and picnic lunches when required. Ability to be part of a team and flexible to work evenings (9pm finish) and weekends.
