As Kitchen Manager you'll lead a passionate kitchen crew, supporting their development and setting high standards day to day. Youll also be part of an experienced management team, working alongside confident, collaborative teams across the kitchen, floor and bar. You will also: Deliver our menu to spec - fast, fresh and consistent Own kitchen standards, organisation and compliance Manage performance, GP, prep, waste and safety Build a positive kitchen culture based on respect, teamwork and development Work closely with the site management team to deliver great service every day

About You As Kitchen Manager, you take pride in running a tight, well-organised kitchen and leading from the front.

Youll bring: Experience running a kitchen team (Kitchen Manager/Head Chef level) A passion for consistency, quality and developing your team Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure A mindset focused on improving, driving standards and delivering great service ?
