The venue endeavours to offer a welcoming space for all through their café, events, workshops, and performances. The Role: We're looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations at this busy venue. Working at the heart of the main Café Bar , you'll also oversee catering for events, conferences, and community functions within the venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a food offering that reflects their community-focused values and creative spirit. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in the Café Bar
Plan and deliver catering for venue events and conferences
Manage kitchen staff and rotas
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Develop seasonal menus and specials
Monitor stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets
About You: Proven experience in a kitchen management or senior chef role
Confident managing a small team
Passionate about inclusive, community-based hospitality
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Level 3 Food Hygiene (or willingness to obtain)
