Requirements: Proven experience or similar senior role in a busy restaurant or pub setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu development. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
