Salary: MPS (with potential TLR)
Contract: Full time, permanent
Start date: September 2026
A warm and welcoming primary school with a strong Catholic ethos is seeking to appoint a full‑time Class Teacher from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and energetic teacher who has a proven track record of delivering high‑quality teaching and raising standards in pupil achievement.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be an effective and reflective classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
* Demonstrate strong planning, teaching and assessment skills
* Be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to continuous improvement
* Show excellent organisation and time‑management skills
* Have a caring and patient approach, with a strong understanding of pupils’ developmental and emotional needs (ages 3–11)
* Be supportive of and sympathetic to a Catholic ethos and values
* Be confident using ICT and open to ongoing CPD
* Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
* Bring positivity, professionalism and a good sense of humour
