Accountabilities:
Take the ownership to manage multiple retailer accounts across EU countries
Own the P&L of the brand’s product portfolio and achieve sales target
Identify and develop long term sales strategies for the product portfolio
Identify and develop the brand in EMEA market to enhance the market share
Build up and Maintain Strong Relationship with retailers
Develop the sell-in/sell-out sales strategies
Drive the retail sell in / sell out sales, grow the market share and optimize the sales revenue
Store Visit regularly for random checking our products to ensure it is placed properly
Carry out VM Management, VMD development and updates for retailers
Study the customer’s shopping habits and understand the market trend in the industry
Enhance the customer’s awareness, develop plans to boost sales
Initiate and lead new business projects
Ensure the accuracy on project planning, workflow setting and reports
Work closely with Marketing team to drive the trade marketing to boost the sales revenue and enhance the customers’ awareness
Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ensure the expenditure is spent in an efficient way
