Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £60,000 + 5% of profit, circa £25,000

Benefits: car allowance £450 OR travel allowance & full benefits package

The role of the Key Account Manager – Commercial Fit-Out Services will involve:

* Account Director position selling / promoting commercial fit-out services

* All of your time will be spent dealing with end users, main contactors, sub-contractors, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, letting agents etc

* Examples of clients; CBRE, Mitie, Zurich Insurance, Cardiff University, Bristol Airports

* Working on projects in spaces such as; offices, washrooms, leisure, MOD, healthcare and education

* Turnover target circa £2.5m, with circa £500k profit
