We are looking for an experience Junior Sous Chef to join our team at The Salt Room.

Following a landmark refurbishment, The Salt Room is entering a bold new chapter. Were looking for an exceptional Junior Sous Chef who wants to join a team that delivers brilliance, plate after plate, service after service.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. Your passion for food, flexibility and excellent organisation skills and cool head will mean that you will keep you section always running smoothly whilst inspiring your team to do the same
Our Junior Sous chefs are:
Are self-motivated natural team player that thrives under pressure.
Are great communicators and exceptionally well organised
Experience in a busy fresh food kitchen environment
A genuine passion for creating the finest dishes
Handle fresh ingredients, prepare them to the highest standards
Maintain a professional manner while under pressure
Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed
Are eligible to work full-time in the UK
