We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As the Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly. Responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and assisting with menu planning and stock management. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and the quality of dishes, especially during busy service periods. You will hold a significant role in maintaining the operational flow of the kitchen and contributes to the overall dining experience by ensuring top-quality food preparation and presentation. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency, high standards of food quality, and maintaining a smooth working environment.
