Professional, presentable, and confident - this role involves significant front‑of‑house visibility. Well‑mannered and collaborative, able to slot into a close‑knit and supportive team. Passionate about producing fresh, vibrant, relaxed yet elegant dishes. Focused on flavour, consistency, and quality. Experienced in leading a kitchen during service and supporting the Head Chef in day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality dishes with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavours. Support menu development and contribute creative ideas. Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members. Work collaboratively with both back‑ and front‑of‑house teams.
