Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and precision Work closely with senior chefs to refine techniques and contribute to menu development Maintain an organised and efficient mise en place for service Uphold

continuous learning and improvement in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen What Were Looking For:
Experience as a Junio r Sous Chef or High quality Chef de Partie in a
Michelin-starred restaurant A deep understanding of classical and modern cooking techniques High attention to detail and a passion for precise execution Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Must have the
