About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard . As a key member of our culinary leadership team, youll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience, supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
Our Junior Sous Chef are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding Oblixs renowned high standards . Full of personality and professionalism, youll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.

Our ideal Junior Sous Chef

Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef , in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant

Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team

Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritise
