The Role As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food across both day-to-day service and private events. This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who thrives in a dynamic kitchen and enjoys variety. Key Details Salary:

45 hours per week Opening Hours:

Monday - Saturday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Sunday: Closed

Flexibility Required:
