£32,000 Junior Sous:

£34,000

£36,000 Negotiable depending on experience 45 hours per week 3 days off every week Paid overtime Tronc system (approx. +12.5%) The role: Working within a structured, professional brigade, youll be involved in all aspects of prep and service at a high level. Strong attention to detail and consistency is key. What were looking for: Experience in Rosette/Michelin kitchens (or keen to move into that level) Solid technical ability and good fundamentals Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and team-focused Accommodation: No live-in, but support with a room initially can be provided while you find somewhere locally.
