We are currently looking for a J unior Sous Chef to join our Culinary Services team at Rosewood London. The Junior Sous Chef reports directly to the Senior Sous Chef and supports the team in the Banqueting kitchen.
Key expectations of this role Observing methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner. Maximising the effectiveness of associates by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching and mentoring Consistently maintains established standards across the department through leading by example and quality control.
Profile The ability to support and develop others effectively. Proven culinary skills in an upscale, all day dining and afternoon tea environment. The ability to build strong relationships with the floor team of the restaurant.
