What Youll Be Doing
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients in the Life Sciences sector
  • Identifying and placing specialist talent into global roles
  • Managing the full recruitment process from first call to offer stage
  • Developing sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Working towards clear targets that drive commission and progression
  • Learning how to build and own your own recruitment market
