We are seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing processes and ensure efficient operations in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. Based in Redditch, this role will involve working closely with the engineering team to optimise production and maintain high standards.

Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and systems.

Prepare and update technical documentation and reports.

Participate in the introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing.

A successful Junior Manufacturing Engineer should have:

A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related field.
