Junior Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing / Electrical) £38,000 - £43,000 (Overtime OTE 50K) + Call Out Bonus + Weekdays + Company Benefits Stalybridge, Greater Manchester

Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer or someone who's recently completed an NVQ/Apprenticeship looking for a role that offers ongoing training, stable shift patten and no nights/weekend work?

In this role you will be working alongside a team of 8-10 maintenance engineers, directly working with one engineer on a split shift pattern Monday to Friday (6:30am - 2pm) and (12:00pm - 8pm). The shift rotates weekly, with overtime available outside these hours and on weekends. The role will consist of mostly planned preventative maintenance, but you will be required to be on a call out rota for reactive work. This will be 1 week in 3, with a call-out bonus and overtime rate paid for all hours worked if called out.

This opportunity would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer or someone who's recently completed an apprenticeship/NVQ looking for a role that offers continuous development, significant overtime and autonomy.

The Role:

\n PPM & Reactive maintenance on plastic manufacturing machinery

\n

Working on gearboxes, servos, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems

\n

Full training on their highly specialised machinery

\n

Opportunity to work on new machinery installation projects

\n

On call 1 week in 3

\n

Overtime paid at 1.5x, 6-10 hours available each week

\n

Weekly Shift Rotation; Week one 6:30am - 2:30pm, Week two 12:00pm - 8:00pm
