Regional contractor that specialise in fit out, refurbishment, M&E, construction & maintenance. They work with several blue-chip clients and main/sub-contractors along with various government agencies, and housing associations nationally. Responsibilities of an Estimator Help produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices. Assist in develop cost estimates for projects, covering labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for M&E/Fabric/Fit-Out projects. Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations. Multitasking several tenders. Requirements for an Estimator Experience 3-5 Years. Relevant construction related degree or qualification. Experience on projects from £50K - £2.5m. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Fitout/Refurbishment Maintain current knowledge of industry pricing, regulations, and best practices Benefits for an Estimator Negotiable Base Salary (dependent on experience) £35k Exciting projects.
