We are currently recruiting for a Junior Accountant to join a market leading company in Slough.\n\nAs a Junior Accountant you will assist in accounting, budgeting and management reporting within the division. You will receive a competitive package and full study support\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAssisting in preparation of month end accounts to meet reporting deadlines.\nBalance sheet reconciliations.\nAssist with preparation of budgets, forecasts and reforecasting.\nAssisting with annual auditing.\nEnsure accurate accounting for inter-company transactions.\nMaintain the fixed asset register, including recording additions, disposals, and calculating depreciation.\nAssist in the preparation of VAT and intrastate reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.Requirements:\n\nMinimum 2 years experience in a finance or management accounts function\nStudying towards ACCA or CIMA\nFully computer literate and an advanced user of ExcelAnalytical with excellent attention for detail and time management skills\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills \nSelf motivated with a 'can-do' attitude\nAbility to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team\nResilient with the ability to work under pressure and at paceBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
