Rate: £19.13 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 37.5 per week

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Joiner to join a busy team delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work across housing stock and new build projects. This is a hands-on role covering both first fix and second fix joinery, working in a fast-paced environment where quality and customer service are key.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of joinery on repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments
Install doors, windows, frames, skirting, flooring, and kitchens
Work on structural timber including roof timbers and floor joists
Fit PVCu windows, doors, and trims
Complete works safely at height
Ensure properties are secure when required
Maintain van stock and complete job paperworkWhat We’re Looking For
Essential:
NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 3 or willingness to achieve
Proven experience in maintenance and refurbishment joinery
Ability to work at height
Full UK driving licence
Good understanding of health & safetyWhat You’ll Bring

Good communication and customer service skills
Flexible approach (including occasional out-of-hours work)
