Customer Services Technician

to join their dedicated team in the

North East . This is an excellent opportunity for a

time-served joiner or multi-skilled tradesperson

looking to move into a rewarding, customer-focused role. The Role As a Customer Services Technician, youll be the face of the company, carrying out repairs and remedial works in

occupied new-build homes . Youll be responsible for: Diagnosing and completing a variety of aftercare repairs (primarily joinery)

Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to residents

Communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners

Representing the company with empathy, professionalism, and pride

Requirements Proven background in joinery or a related trade

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Full UK driving licence
