At Rainmaking, our mission is to help large corporates tap into the massive potential of the start-up world. We believe the greatest value can be unlocked by combining the scale strengths and deep domain knowledge of corporates with the entrepreneurial execution of startups.
We help corporations embed an entrepreneurial culture. We train teams with practical entrepreneurial skills. We help companies to meaningfully engage with startups. And, we partner to collaboratively build digital products, and launch new ventures, startup-style. We do this through 3 offerings:
- Venture Strategy: Defining investment and innovation thesis aligned with business priorities and opportunity areas for corporates to build/buy/partner within.
- Venture Partnering / Co-venturing: Supporting large corporates in forming value-add partnerships with (or acquiring) successful startups, leveraging our in-house accelerator brand, StartupBootcamp.
- Venture Building: Where existing offers don’t exist, helping corporates create new products by launching new ventures from scratch on their behalf.
Rainmaking has partnered with over 100 Fortune 500 companies, delivering positive change through entrepreneurship and bringing startups and corporates together to build and scale new businesses. During which, Rainmaking has built and accelerated 1,200+ ventures, including the world’s largest industry-focused accelerator programme, Startupbootcamp.
Rainmaking has 11 offices across the globe with a global team of 150+ entrepreneurs, strategists, product experts, program teams and startup experts. Please note that we are not a Venture Capital fund and do not conduct any investment activity.
We are always on the lookout for great talents to help us deliver our projects, whether full-time or freelance. If you are interested in working with us, please drop us your CV and we will get in touch.
We typically hire across 4 types of roles:

- Venture Associates have 3-6 years of experience in related fields, with past VB experience greatly appreciated
