Overview
Our client is a leading global provider of hospitality technology solutions, seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director – Europe to spearhead commercial growth within a major international hotel group across the European region. This is a unique opportunity to take on a focused and strategic role, driving business exclusively within one hotel portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess strong, pre-existing relationships within the hotel group’s European network, including regional leadership, technology stakeholders, and on-property decision-makers. This position is tailored for a senior sales professional with a proven track record in relationship-driven, enterprise-level hospitality sales.
Responsibilities
As the Sales Director – Europe, you will:
Drive revenue growth exclusively within the assigned hotel group across Europe.
Leverage established senior relationships to identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities.
Engage with regional, technology, and property-level stakeholders to build and maintain strong partnerships.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from strategic planning to contract closure.
Serve as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights and solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal global and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
Demonstrated, existing relationships within a major international hotel group across Europe.
A proven track record in enterprise or B2B sales, specifically within the hospitality or hospitality technology sector.
A strong commercial background with significant experience in sales leadership.
The ability to operate autonomously and execute a focused, strategic sales mandate.
Day-to-Day
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the assigned hotel group.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored strategies to meet client needs.
Leading negotiations and closing high-value contracts.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and progress.
