We’re hiring for a leading European financial services group operating in multiple global markets, providing vendor and equipment finance to sectors including Transport, Construction, Industrial, Medical, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow vendor, dealer & broker relationships

• Drive new business in Transportation & Construction finance

• Negotiate, structure, and secure profitable deals

• Network at events & build new opportunities

• Ensure compliance and deliver best-in-class service

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Asset Finance & Leasing experience (Transportation & Construction preferred)

• Strong sales & relationship management track record

• Excellent negotiation & communication skills

• In-depth industry & regulatory knowledge

• Must have relevant UK market experience
