The Role: In this hands-on, office-based role, you’ll work closely with the IT Manager to ensure smooth operation of the firm's tech infrastructure, with a focus on: Delivering clear and engaging IT training to staff across all departments Supporting digital literacy and best practice across software and systems Providing first-line technical support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues Assisting in the management of meeting room tech and AV equipment Promoting efficient use of Microsoft 365, MS Teams Telephony, and key business software Offering support in database development and data analysis About You: We are looking for someone who: Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Can deliver effective training in both one-on-one and group settings Has a solid grasp of IT systems and business applications Brings working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business tools
