Job Description

FT Recruitment is supporting one of our local and market-leading clients in their field with the recruitment of an IT support professional. We are currently seeking a proactive and organised individual to support the day-to-day management of IT systems and facilities across all of our clients’ sites.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with strong IT knowledge, a practical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop an internal App to meet operational needs
• Manage daily IT systems and coordinate with third-party IT providers
• Create, maintain and analyse reports using Excel
• Ensure compliance with IT licences, subscriptions and service agreements
• Provide first-line desktop IT support to all staff
• Assist with the specification and purchase of new IT equipment
• Oversee the upkeep of office, workshop and warehouse buildings and fittings
• Coordinate quotations, inspections, maintenance and repairs across all sites

This role would suit someone with similar experience, whilst any exposure to NAV & Excel is beneficial, but not essential. Candidates must be comfortable working within an IT support environment, providing 1st line assistance whilst also assisting with facility issues and requests. xbpsjku
