Role Overview: As a IT Support Analyst , you will be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering high-quality 1st/2nd line technical assistance to users across the business. You'll be exposed to a broad range of technologies, providing support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, switches, and more. This is a leading global company that is highly innovative. Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line support for all IT-related queries via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across a range of devices
