About the role
Join a dynamic company in the energy sector focused on delivering IT business solutions. We are looking for an IT Business Analyst & Project Manager with expertise in Supply Chain Management. Reporting to the B2B & Logistics Business Solutions Lead, you will manage projects from requirements gathering through to delivery and post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, document, and test business solutions within Supply Chain Management.
Manage UAT, training, and act as a liaison between Business and IT.
Lead project analysis and vendor selection, coordinating with Business Solutions Lead.
Organize projects for success, handling scope, planning, budget, resources, and risk.
Oversee project delivery focused on process standardization and automation.
Prepare updates for steering committees and manage project costs and timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including local users and senior leaders.
Propose and design IT solutions aligned with strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience.
Required Skills
Strong background in business analysis and process re-engineering.
Expertise in supply chain processes, particularly in Inventory Management & Logistics.
Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards Oracle is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English.
Goal-oriented and hands-on professional with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong ability to set priorities, adapt to a flexible work environment, and engage collaboratively at all project levels with a solution-focused mindset.
