The Opportunity Lead the day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk Deliver high-quality end-user support across the business Manage and develop service desk staff Support IT projects and contribute to process improvements Ensure systems and services meet security and compliance standards Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and deliver requirements What You'll Be Doing Managing incident resolution and service requests Overseeing device builds, troubleshooting, repairs, and lifecycle management Maintaining IT systems, documentation, and audit requirements Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders Ensuring adherence to Information Security standards Supporting wider business needs based on team priorities Who You Are 2+ years' experience leading an IT team 5+ years' hands-on technical experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Intune, and device builds ITIL qualified; Azure/Workplace certifications desirable Excellent communication and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making Able to work independently and collaboratively Salary & Working Pattern Competitive salary Hybrid working: 60% Bristol office, 40% from home 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
