Your new company A public sector organisation based in the West Midlands has a new Service Desk Advisor job opportunity available to join a dynamic and customer-focused team within the ICT Frontline Service on a 3-month temporary contract. Your new role In this Service Desk role, you will provide first-line ICT support in a fast-paced environment, delivering technical assistance for Microsoft applications and utilising the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre to resolve user issues efficiently. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting problems related to Active Directory and object synchronisation, while ensuring exceptional customer service in a call centre setting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer queries, offering timely updates, and addressing issues with a strong understanding of business needs and priorities.
