We're looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Operations Manager to take the reins of IT infrastructure, support services, and cyber protection across a diverse, hybrid organisation.

Lead IT operations across offices, retail outlets, and remote teams

• Drive cybersecurity strategy and incident response

• Oversee and deliver top-notch 2nd/3rd line support

• Optimise performance through KPIs, budgets, and process improvements

• Upskill and mentor a collaborative IT team
