OverviewIT Operations Manager (12 month fixed-term contract). We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager for a 12 month fixed-term contract. They will manage the IT team and oversee operational IT service delivery, prioritising support requests and ongoing tasks. The role is to provide support to allow the Deputy Director of IT to focus on mission critical projects during this focused documentation period.This is a hands-on management role within a busy educational environment. The successful applicant will combine technical acumen with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
