About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
IT Mobile Device Support Technician
to join a secure, high-profile environment, providing hands-on support for Apple and Android devices across multiple hardware configurations within a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
Service Ticket Management:
Respond promptly to tickets in your regional queue, updating progress after each visit. User Support:
Contact users to diagnose and resolve mobile device issues, including:
Enrolling/de-enrolling devices in
Microsoft Intune New device setup and configuration Password resets and security assistance Troubleshooting application-related issues
Process Compliance:
Follow departmental procedures and ensure all tickets are managed and updated accurately. Relationship Building:
Maintain professional communication with customers and third-party contacts. Team Collaboration:
Attend daily calls and team meetings, flagging issues and suggesting process improvements.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience supporting
Apple iOS
and
Android
devices in a corporate environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with
Intune
device management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SC Clearance
is mandatory for this role.
