hands-on IT Manager/Lead
to take ownership of the complete IT provision for the London office, youll work across UK and USA operations. This role combines
strategic planning
with
hands-on technical delivery

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Integration & Implementation Consolidate servers, infrastructure, ethernet, and telephone systems Set up and configure corporate network infrastructure in office environment Implement ethernet cabling within office environment Configure corporate Wi-Fi with appropriate security measures Set up and configure firewalls and network security Manage desktop and network infrastructure within an Azure environment (VMware, Storage, Networking) Hands-On Technical Delivery Provide hands-on support to users across UK and USA Troubleshoot networking issues and resolve technical problems Manage MS Office 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory Take ownership of all office IT and corporate environment Implement appropriate service desk and support processes Ensure business continuity during integration and transition phases Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with senior stakeholders (including some challenging personalities) Communicate technical plans and progress in business-friendly language Build consensus and manage expectations across different user groups Collaborate with IT partners and external vendors Essential Skills & Experience IT Leadership & Delivery Proven experience in
planning, management, and delivery of IT services Previous experience
setting up networks in small-to-medium office environments Hands-on team lead/management
experience - not just strategic Track record of
delivering IT integration or transformation projects Ability to scope, plan, and implement projects from discovery to steady state Technical Infrastructure Expertise Desktop and network infrastructure support
experience (VMware, Storage, Networking) Professional knowledge of
corporate Wi-Fi setup and security Firewall setup and configuration
expertise Experience with
ethernet cabling
and physical network infrastructure within office environments Troubleshooting networking issues
- hands-on diagnostic and resolution skills Server infrastructure
management and integration Microsoft Ecosystem Strong experience with Azure,
MS Office 365
administration Microsoft Intune
