Salary: Up to: £60,000 plus a lucrative commission scheme

The role and what youll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
Littlefish is on the lookout for a driven, results-oriented IT Managed Service - Account Manager to join our talented team and become one of the trusted faces of our business for our valued customers. In this pivotal role, youll nurture lasting client relationships, understand your customers business and IT challenges and unlock new growth opportunities. You will:
Own and manage all aspects of allocated customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
Drive account growth by identifying opportunities, up-selling, cross-selling, and securing contract renewals to hit and exceed your sales targets.
Deliver accurate monthly and annual revenue forecasting and provide regular customer reports.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and handle stakeholder escalations with confidence.
Coordinate internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and successful project outcomes.
Gather and share customer insights to help shape the Littlefish service portfolio.
About you:
Experienced in managing customers in a managed services environment, with a proven track record of securing incremental revenues, renewals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Commercially savvy, with strong financial acumen and experience in financial reporting.
Skilled in building relationships, influencing, and negotiating at executive and senior levels.
Knowledgeable about ITIL processes and IT operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
Motivated by targets, resilient, and passionate about delivering results.
